Discharge Pulley

The Discharge Pulley (also known as self-cleaning Pulley) designed and produced by Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd. is specially developed for conveying materials that are easy to adhere or contain a large amount of fine impurities. The Pulley adopts an open cage structure or a barrel design with spiral strips. During the rotation of the Pulley, the material that falls between the Pulley and the Conveyor Belt can be automatically discharged to both sides using centrifugal force and structural gaps. This "active slag discharge" function effectively prevents materials from accumulating and caking on the surface of the Pulley, and avoids the Pulley's out-of-roundness, operating vibration and abnormal belt damage caused by material accumulation.

Our Discharge Pulley has a specially reinforced structure with well-distributed support spokes and extremely high mechanical strength and impact resistance. It is especially suitable for areas such as coal mine washing centers, steel plant raw material yards, cement production lines, etc. where there is a lot of dust and the materials are wet and easy to agglomerate. By using Discharge Pulley, the labor cost of cleaning Pulley can be significantly reduced, the automation level of the system can be improved, and the Conveyor Belt can always operate stably on a flat and clean Pulley surface.
