Head Funnel

Hubei Xinanneng Conveyor Equipment Co., Ltd.'s Head Funnel is a key non-standard component arranged at the discharge end of the Conveyor Belt to guide the material flow and suppress dust flying. The funnel adopts a streamlined internal space design, combined with the simulation of the movement trajectory of the material, to ensure that the material can fall smoothly and centrally into downstream equipment or belts after being thrown from Pulley.

Our Head Funnel is equipped with high-hardness wear-resistant lining plates (such as wear-resistant steel plates, polymer plates or ceramic lining plates) in key material-receiving areas, and the lining plates are fixed with easy-to-remove bolts, which greatly facilitates later maintenance and replacement. The funnel structure has good sealing performance, and can be equipped with a dust suction port or a water mist dust reduction interface according to environmental protection requirements, effectively solving the dust problem at the discharge point.
