The second phase of Hubei Huangshi Port bulk cargo terminal project is an important bulk cargo distribution center in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. Xinanneng provided a full set of high-performance Conveyor machine parts including J01-J04, DC01, etc. for the second phase of the project. The bandwidth of the system is unified to B=1400mm, the operating speed is increased to V=3.15m/s, and the maximum Conveyor volume of a single line is Q=2000t/h. Among them, the J03/J04 system has a lifting height of 20.95m and a single power of 250kW. We provide special Pulley and high protection level Idler with strong overload capacity, which significantly improves the level of automated loading and unloading of terminals and ensures the efficient flow of bulk cargo flow.

The longest single unit spans 224.9m and has a maximum power of 250kW. We provide the full set of equipment with the iconic 'green' special anti-corrosion coating according to the customer's brand needs. This customized 'green' look not only gives the terminal a high degree of recognition, but also provides excellent salt spray and abrasion resistance due to its high-specification industrial coating process. Combined with high performance Transmission Pulley and precision Roller Set, it achieves the perfect combination of visual beauty and industrial performance.

The Hubei Huangmei Xiaochi Wharf Project is an important logistics transit station along the Yangtze River. Xinanneng provided a full set of Conveyor core components for the project's ship loader system. The design bandwidth of the Conveyor system of the ship loader is B=1200mm, the rated capacity of Conveyor Q=1500t/h, and the power of a single unit is 110kW. Considering the salt spray corrosion and high humidity effects of the terminal environment, we have applied three layers of special anti-corrosion coating to all core components, including large diameter Transmission Pulley and high reliability Carrying Idler. This high-standard technical configuration effectively extends the service life of the equipment under harsh working conditions and ensures the efficiency and safety of port loading and unloading operations.
