Three Way Funnel

The device can accurately direct the bulk material flow from the upstream Conveyor to the left, right or middle downstream channel through the left and right deflection of the internal flap or manifold plate, enabling rapid process changeover without downtime.

Our Three Way Funnel is welded with reinforced steel plates for a stable structure, and the internal flap is attached with wear-resistant padding to improve service life and reduce noise. The drive mode can be equipped with electric actuator, pneumatic actuator or manual pull rod according to customer needs, and can be linked with automatic control system. This device is widely used in coal transfer stations, grain terminals, metallurgical sintering and other occasions that require multi-bin feeding or multi-line scheduling, and is the core distribution equipment to realize the continuous and automated production of materials.
